This ones for you with love

It has been a really long month.
As some may know Ralph's 32 birthday would have been July 26th, my family and I celebrated it by having a Ralph inspired dinner, this meant we had ribs( his favorite) and all the side dishes where appetizers(moms potato salad, jalapeno poppers, Mexican corn) it was so good, for dessert we had chocolate cake. After dinner we sat around sharing our good memories and funny stories of Ralph. Scott and Marielle had called from Arizona and shared stories to.

It was a good day!

August 3rd was the hardest day yet for me.
It has been one year since I lost my best friend and the love of my life. I can tell you that everyday is still a struggle and there are times I just want to crawl into bed and cry(and I have).
Ralph babe I love you and miss you with all my heart I wish you were here!

I am so thankful to have two little miracles in my life and all my family and friends without you I would be lost.

M(you know who you are) thank you for being there everyday and supporting me, taken care of me and the kids when I can't or when I just need your help. For always knowing when I need you to just sit and watch TV with me or when it drag you to the movies when I know its not a movie you want to see or out shopping when I know you just want to stay home.
Thanks!

Lots of fun wrapped up in one!

The end of June Misty, Treysen and I took a trip down to Arizona for Calebs birthday, while down there we spent time with Samantha and Remi we had a lot of fun I think we should move!

For Calebs birthday we went to a Diamond Backs game(they lost) and after the game there where fireworks, Scott told Caleb that the fireworks where for his birthday it was really cute.

Aaliyah, my mom, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, and cousin all ran the 4th of July 5k. Aaliyah and I started out training for it and then gave up after about 1 week and then over the next 2 months ran a total of about 5 times; we finished in about 38 mins not to bad. My mom, uncle, and aunt trained for the full 2 months and came in about 1 min behind us and my brother and sister only ran like 2 times prier to the race and came in 16 seconds behind my mom, plus they were pushing there two kids.
I was just happy I beat the old people. LOL

To finish out the day. I won tickets to the stadium of Fire so Aaliyah, Treysen and I went, I really could have done without the Joe bro's and dont let Aaliyah lie to you she loved them. I almost went deaf with all the little girls around me screaming, the frequency the where hitting had to be attracting all the dogs in a 30 mile radiaus.
The fireworks where fabulous as always. At one point I thought we where going to get rained out but the storm passed us by. Yay!!!!!
The day was really fun!

Stadium of fire!
Jonas brother OMG!
Need I say more!

We had some great seats for the parade, we were in the shade the whole time.

Treysen, Sam and I in Sams pool; it was really fun to be able to go swimming at 10 pm and it not be cold!

I love birthday party's especially when they are kid party's. Caleb had a lot of fun. If Caleb would have been turning 14 or 15 he would have loved this party even more considering all the guest that showed up where girls; well that's what you get when you're so cute!

We went to a D Backs game for Calebs birthday.

What is granny doing?

Go D backs! don't you love the self taken pictures.

This is not the first time he has eaten cereal but this is pretty much the reaction I get every time he eats and after he does this for a few times he then starts to blow raspberries and spits it out all over me.

Once again its been awhile since I have posted anything.
Misty, Aaliyah, Treysen, and I just got back from a trip to Arizona. We where visiting family, it was a lot of fun and I cant want to go back to see everyone again.
While we were there we went to an old town that had gunfighter shootouts, salons, and an old church. It was really cool to walk through the town, we also went swimming, and celebrated Marielle's birthday.

Celebrating Marielle's birthday this was a month long celebration. Misty, my mom, and myself bought presents for everyday of the month and sent them down to Marielle so she could open a present everyday we had fun shopping for them and I hope she had fun opening them.

Lets Roll

So I have been Trying to post a video of baby T rolling over for the first time and for some reason I can't get blogger to download it. I will keep trying but for now I will just tell you about it.

So Wednesday of this last week Treysen surprised me by rolling over with out any warning, he was on the floor laying on his jungle mat and he just rolled over, and of course I didnt have my camera. So I ran for my camera rolled him back on his stomach and waited for him to do it again and waited and waited, Once was all he had in him at that time so I put the camera away and went about the rest of my day. Later that evening Misty came home from work and so I tried again, I put him on his stomach and waited and about 2 min later he did it. He rolled over with his tonuge stuck out of his mouth.

Sticking his tongue out is somthing Misty has taught him. Its really funny and kinda cute. I am sure that after about a week of him sticking his tongue out at everything it wont be so cute anymore. Thats ok its cute for now and Misty loves it.

Big Trouble, Bigger Hair

Sometimes I really would like to strangle Aaliyah on Thursday she decided she wasn't going to come home from school. She was suppose to stay after school and go to the computer lab, then ride the last bus home, she should have been home by 4:30pm, but she never showed up so Misty had to go looking for her.
Misty tracked down one of her friends who told us she was with a group of girls and they where planning on going to a play at 7:00pm at her school.
I debated wither I should call the police to pick her up and embarrassed her that way or to embarrass her myself. As you can see by the pictures Misty and I decided to go to the school and embarrass her.
So we went to the school sat in the front where everyone was waiting to go in for the play and watched for Aaliyah, about ten min later Aaliyah came walking in with her friends, Misty and I walked up to her scared her friends and pulled Aaliyah out of the school.
Misty and I laugh so hard about this, I havent laught that hard in a long time
I looked awful and it was kind of embarrassing but I would do it again in a heart beat it was great.

You might be thinking why is it that I decided to do this. Its because over the last few months we have had are battles with Aaliyah and it just keeps getting more defiant I have tried every punishmnet and reward system there is. So far this has proven to work, also adding some more rules as well.

Here is Misty and me, we stormed into the school together. Wearing these sexy outfits.

So this is the outfit I wore when I went to pick Aaliyah up at her school.

Its time!

Sorry its been a while since I have posted anything at this rate I will never get caught up to the current date.

After I broke my foot life became less eventful for a few weeks. I couldn't drive due to the walking cast so I didn't leave the house much. I was able to get the rest of things set up for Treysen's arrival, with a lot of help from Aaliyah she help me put his room together, which included putting together the crib and rocking chair. Aaliyah was such a big help.

When I broke my foot I was two weeks from my due date, I was scared I was going to go into labor early and my foot wouldn't have healed enough and my sister in law Marielle was coming up from Arizona to be here for the birth as well.
The doctors visits leading up to my due date didn't show any progress Marielle came in on Nov 1st and I was due the 4th, I went to my doctors appt on the 5th and he let me know that I was still no closer to having Treysen, he told me he would induce me the next week if nothing had changed or I had not gone into labor on my own. I was pretty much devastate I was hoping he was going to say lets start you today.
I called my family and said its not going to be this week, Marielle arranged to stay for another week and so we waited.

Not so graceful

So I said I would start out by telling you about some events that happened over the last few months.

To start things off I was laid off from my job on Oct 10th. By the 10th I was so tired physically from being pregnant, working full time, and just emotionally drained that in So many ways it was a good thing, at the time I thought I had about 4 weeks left till my due date. The next week I didn't do much I slept and hung around the house.

About a week and a half after my last day at work I did what only really clumsy pregnant women do, I stepped off my back porch and broke my foot. Yes its true I am not very graceful and it showed.
So here is what happened I thought it would be nice to help out Misty and fix a whole in the fence in our back yard so Barkley (Misty's cute little dog) could go into the back yard and not be able to jump through the fence.
As I was coming out the back door I looked over and saw Aaliyah pointing the staple gun at her face with her finger on the trigger, so I stop looking at where I am going and focus my attention on her. I proceed down the stairs while I was telling her not to point the staple gun at her face and telling her it is unsafe. As I step off the last step I step on the one part of the pavement that is uneven, there is a 1 inch difference at this one point in the pavement I stepped just right and rolled my foot. I didn't fall, I was able to hop over to a chair, Aaliyah brought me ice and a pillow and I called my mom and Misty. My mom came and picked me up and misty met us at the hospital. We sat in my doctors office for two hours before he saw me only to tell me that they couldn't do any x-rays till the next day, so I went home and delt with the pain because all I could take was Tylenol. Then next day we waited for the call from the doctors it never came in so my mom started to make calls and we went to the hospital to get the x-rays.
I broke my foot right over the arch. This happened almost 2 weeks to the date of my due date and the only thing I could think of was I am going to have to sit on this broken foot till after I have Treysen and then have surgery.
I didn't need surgery, he put me in a walking boot for 3 weeks and a walking shoe for 2.

Thanks heaven for small miracles

We are back

It has been awhile since we have updated Ralph's blog. It has been very hard over last few months and I am still trying everyday.
I want to start by letting everyone that has called, come by, or sent cards and letters that I am eternally great full.
I also want everyone to know that I am going to keep up the blog. It was originally set up so that we could keep everyone posted about Ralph, and now I will post about his son (Treysen Ralph Placencia).

Truthfully this is the first blog I have done so bare with me. I am also going to post and write about the last few months.

There will be lots more post in the next few weeks.
